These Terms of Use govern your access to the Happy Cleaners website and your communications with Happy Cleaners. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website Information
The website provides general information about cleaning services and a way to request contact or an estimate. Website content is not a binding quote, contract or guarantee. Service availability, scope, timing and pricing are confirmed directly with Happy Cleaners after evaluating the property and request.
Estimate Requests
Submitting a form does not create a service contract or guarantee an appointment. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request service for the property. Happy Cleaners may accept, decline or request additional information about any inquiry.
Offers
The 10% first-cleaning offer is available to new customers unless Happy Cleaners communicates otherwise. It applies to the first qualifying cleaning service and may not be combined with other offers. Final eligibility and service details are confirmed during the estimate.
Payments and Service Concerns
Happy Cleaners accepts cash, Zelle, Venmo and check. Cash is preferred. If you notice an issue with a completed cleaning, contact Happy Cleaners within 24 hours so the concern can be discussed.
SMS Terms of Service
Program Description
When you opt in to the Happy Cleaners SMS program, you may receive text messages about your estimate request, appointment scheduling or confirmation, service updates, follow-up related to your request and occasional service offers.
Opt-In and Consent
You may opt in by checking the consent box and submitting a website form or by otherwise providing express consent. Consent to receive calls or text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary depending on your request and interaction with Happy Cleaners. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to (856) 979-3300. After you send STOP, Happy Cleaners may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Our use of personal and mobile information is described in the Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
